CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Keith Hartman is an experienced operating entrepreneur and pharmacy business owner spanning two decades. Keith founded and grew a chain of retail pharmacies, a compounding pharmacy, and two specialty pharmacies along with a long-term care pharmacy. All were built and grown under the guise of operational excellence and produced great results. Some were sold, while others he still owns and provides limited strategic guidance as a member of the board of directors.

Keith graduated from the University of the Sciences with a degree in Pharmacy. Today he is still involved in mentoring future pharmacists and pharmacy owners. In addition, he is a father of six children, a private aviator, enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chris Van Raam is a pharmacy executive with over ten years in the home infusion industry. His experience encompasses branch operations, specialty product management, and multi-site leadership. Chris has used process improvement techniques and strategic partnerships to achieve year-over-year growth in each position he has held.

Chris graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then earned his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. Chris enjoys hanging out with his wife and three daughters in his free time. His other passions are working out, visiting breweries with friends, and watching football.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Melanie Cusmano is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry. With expertise in home infusion, disease management, medication administration, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACHC, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge to ContinuumRx from all aspects of the industry.

Melanie graduated from Tusculum College with a Bachelor’s degree in General Business Administration and Management. She then earned her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. Melanie has been with ContinuumRx for over ten years and is an essential part of the company’s daily operations.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, TN

Rusty Daily has worked as a registered nurse for the last seventeen years, ten of which have been in the home infusion industry. Rusty is PICC/midline-certified and has served in various roles in pharmacy branch operations, sales, and ambulatory infusion suites. Rusty’s clinical background, in addition to sales and operations, has enabled him to gain extensive experience and unique industry knowledge.

Working collaboratively with his internal and external partners, he has exceeded corporate goals and objectives with proven growth in his markets year after year. As a result, he has received multiple recognitions and awards from corporate management.

VICE PRESIDENT OF NURSING & CLINICAL COMPLIANCE

Mila Davis is a registered nurse with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, encompassing critical care, hospice, and home infusion management.

Mila demonstrates leadership, vision, and confidence, which has led her to build successful nursing teams that share her commitment to patient satisfaction. She is a hands-on leader that creates open lines of communication and fosters inter-disciplinary teamwork within the organization. Combining her focus on clinical excellence, customer service, and team building, Mila drives consistent process improvements, quality assurance, and implementation of superior patient care.

Mila graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in Nursing and is currently working towards her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Mila enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and spoiling her grandson.
